MISSION STATEMENT
Preston County PSD #4 is committed to its fundamental objective as a water utility:
To provide and protect an adequate water supply and system of the highest quality while meeting or exceeding all regulatory requirements as economically possible and in an environmentally-sound manner for the growing residential and commercial needs of northern Preston County.
